The McGowan Companies is excited to announce that Thomas P. Wilkens, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for McGowan Risk Specialists, has been elected secretary by Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey (PIANJ) board of directors at the annual business meeting in Atlantic City.

Wilkens has an extensive resume, which includes being a member of PIANJ’s Political Action Subcommittee and is a member of the New Jersey Agents Justice Task Force. Recently, he was honored as the PIANJ Director of the Year.
